Old Downton Lodge Accommodation Terms and Conditions

A non-returnable deposit of £50 per room will be taken on receipt of your booking.
Other than this, there will be no cancellation charge if a booking is cancelled before 10am two days before the date of arrival. For cancellations later than this the guests will be charged the full amount for the first night’s stay. Please ask about our Exclusive use pricing

You are able to check in after 4pm and if required you can leave luggage earlier. Check out is at 10:30am. All damage or loss to our property will be charged for. We operate a NO SMOKING policy throughout the Hotel including rooms. Any evidence of smoking will result in a £100 charge being incurred by the person in whose name the booking has been made.

We are able to accommodate dogs only at a cost of £15 per dog. (Maximum 2 dogs to a room). Dogs are able to stay in rooms 1, 3, 7 and 8 only. Please keep dogs on a lead at all times. Sorry but dogs are not allowed in sitting room and dinning rooms. Dogs are not allowed on furniture in rooms and if evidence of this we reserve the right to charge guest for dry cleaning cost.

We accept no liability for damage or loss to your goods whilst on our premises. We reserve the right at all times and at our sole discretion to refuse to accept and/or cancel reservations in which case paid deposits will be refunded. Also to withdraw and/or alter all prices, tariffs, menus, Special Offers, Availability and Service without notice.
